Find our new elegant apartment house consisting of 70 flats in one of the favorite areas of the 13th district, near Béke square under Szent Laszló Street 41-43. The house itself is made up of two independent buildings, one of them will be accessible from Szent László street the other from Tatai street. Both will be four story buildings, each fitted with an elevator, an open air garage with bicycle storage and storage compartments on the ground floor and with apartments located on the floors above (34 and 36 apartments). The two buildings embrace a garden of 740 m2, on the one side of which there will be a flower garden with benches and tables for relaxation and on the other side there will be a small playground. On the playground there will be a big sandbox, a jungle gym with a slide, swings, spring-swings and a grass badminton court as well as sunny and shaded benches awaiting the little ones and their parents. The lockable stroller storage areas located on the ground floor also serve the comfort of families with small children and the lack of stairs makes internal transport really simple.
As with all our houses, we paid special attention to low energy consumption and environmental protection in the Szent Laszló building. All the apartments are guaranteed to receive an ’A – energy saving’ energy certificate. During the construction works we have used natural materials, traditional burnt ceramic- and lime sand bricks and the areas for garbage disposal were designed to be big enough to fit containers for the selective collection of PET bottles and paper alongside the general garbage bins.
